Your Valentine will never guess how easy this dessert was to make! Adapted from the American Diabetes Association. pie crust mix, sugar-free fat-free chocolate pudding mix,fat-free milk, fat-free whipped topping, mini semi-sweet chocolate chips cvt Ingredients:
1 crust for 9-inch pie, baked |
88 g (2 small packages) instant sugar-free fat-free chocolate pudding mix |
1 1/4 cups lowfat milk |
8 ounce fat-free whipped topping, divided |
22 g (2 tbsp mini) semisweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake pie crust according to package directions. Remove from oven and cool thoroughly. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk. Fold half (4 ounces) of whipped topping into pudding mixture and fold until fully blended. 3. Spread pudding mixture into pie crust and top with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips. |
