Taste just like chocolate pudding without the dairy and plus the soy protien!
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs silken tofu
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Directions:
1. In a blender, purée the tofu to a smooth paste.
2. Add the melted chocolate and blend thoroughly.
3. Pour the mousse into six individual dessert bowls and chill.
