2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted |
1/4 cup fat-free ricotta cheese |
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup |
1/8 teaspoon pure vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Chocolate chips can be melted in the microwave, over a double boiler, or over very, very low heat in a small skillet. 2. Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. 3. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. |
