1 (1 ounce) box sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
3/4 cup cold water
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
4 ounces low-fat cream cheese
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon peppermint extract or 1 teaspoon almond extract or 1 teaspoon coffee extract
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Whip until combined.
3. Chill and serve.
