I found this recipe on Obesity Help. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting this for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1 1/2 scoops hdt 5 chocolate protein powder |
1 chocolate protein powder |
1 ounce sugar free hot chocolate powder (1 packet) |
1 teaspoon mint extract |
1/2 cup soymilk |
1/2 cup water |
6 large ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into blender. And mix to desired consistency. 2. Serve cold. |
