Oh is this ever so good and minty tasting and also chocolate I love any thing dark chocolate mint tasting. My whole family loves this pie. In the summer months. Ingredients:
1-1/2 cold milk |
1 pkg. (4 serving size) pistachio flavor instant pudding and pie filling |
2 cups thawed whipped toping, divided |
6 double stuf oreo cool mint creme chocolate sandwich cookies, chopped |
1 oreo pie crust (6-oz.) |
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Pour milk into a large bowl. 2. Add dry pudding mix. 3. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. or until well blended. 4. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping and the and chopped cookies. 5. Spoon into pie crust. 6. Spread with remaining topping. , and top with chocolate chips 7. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving or freeze until firm. 8. If frozen, let stand about 10 minutes at room temperature . |
