Moist brownies are topped with a layer of mint creme and a rich chocolate glaze for a tempting treat any time of year Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix ( i prefer ghirardelli) |
*******frosting |
1/2 c butter softened |
2 c confectioners' sugar |
2 tablespoons milk |
1 teaspoon peppermint extract (or mint) |
dash green food coloring (or any color of desire) |
*******chocolate glaze |
1/2 c butter |
6 oz chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Bake Brownie mix according to directions on box. Cool completely. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine frosting ingredients; beat until creamy. 3. Spread frosting over cooled brownies. 4. For glaze, melt chocolate chips and butter; stir until smooth. 5. Spread over frosting 6. Refrigerate for 20 min or until filling and glaze are set. |
