Ingredients:
3 egg whites |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup ground almonds |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
6 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled |
confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites with the salt until stiff. 2. Beat in sugar and fold in almonds, vanilla and chocolate. 3. Drop by tsps. 4. onto a greased cookie tray. 5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes. 6. Rill in confectioners sugar while still warm. |
