Individual servings (small soufle bowls) of a very rich chocolate cake. (Like a lava cake?) Ingredients:
6 oz. dark chocolate |
1 1/2 sticks butter |
5 eggs |
2/3 cup sugar |
3/8 cup flour |
Directions:
1. *preheat oven to 400 deg. Grease bowls
2. *melt chocolate and butter
3. *mix eggs and sugar and whisk for a few minutes. Add the flour
4. *add egg mix to the melted chocolate and butter mix
5. *pour into greased bowls
6. *bake for 14 minutes
