Light, Low-sugar, rich chocolate cake Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 cup cocoa powder |
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon baking powder |
1 1/3 cups splenda granular |
1/3 cup sugar |
3 medium eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup light mayonnaise |
1 1/3 cups water |
pam cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F Spray a 9X13 rectangular pan with Pam. 2. Mix first four ingredients and set aside. 3. Beat next 4 ingredients for three minutes or until fluffy. 4. Beat in mayo. 5. Add flour, alternating with water. 6. Pour into pan. 7. Bake 350F for 30-35 minutes. 8. Cool in pan 10 minutes. 9. Remove and cool on wire rack. |
