Moist and easy chocolate cake. Did I mention fattening? Ingredients:
4 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
2/3 cup cocoa |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 cups mayonnaise |
2 cups hot water |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 cup chopped nuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa and baking soda. 3. Add mayonnaise, hot water, vanilla and nuts. 4. Pour into prepared bundt pan. 5. Bake approx 50 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean. |
