this recipe makes 30 delightfully.,.divine..,deliciously...,decadent morsels .The serving size depends on your mood l.o.l. :}}}}}}}}}. Ingredients:
500 grams / 1 pound of good quality bought marzipan |
1/3 cup very finely chopped candied cherries |
1 ounce preserved ginger,very finely chopped |
1/4 cup no-need-to-soak dried apricot,very finely chopped |
12 ounces dark chocolate |
1 ounce white chocolate |
confectioner's sugar to dust |
Directions:
1. line a baking sheet with parchment paper 2. divide the marzipan into three ,kneading each piece to make it soft 3. to the first piece add the cherries ,on a surface lightly dusted with the icing sugar ,set aside 4. to the second piece add the ginger,in the same way ,set aside 5. to the third piece add the apricots ,in the same way,set aside 6. form each flavoured portion into tiny balls ,keep them separately 7. melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler 8. dip one of each flavored ball into the melted chocolate,using a toothpick,allow the extra chocolate to drip into pot 9. carefully place in clusters of three ,using one of each flavour ,on baking tray 10. chill until set 11. melt the white chocolate and drizzle on 12. dust with edible gold dust / icing sugar 13. and................................................................ 14. munch. !!.........................munch !!................................munch..!!..................... |
