This great tasting Fudge also has points for those on Diets that have points system. So good! From Recipe Club on the Net. Ingredients:

1 2/3 cup sugar |
2/3 cup fat-free evaporated milk |
2 tbsp light margarine |
12 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped |
1 cup miniature marshmallows |
2 tsp. vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Coat an 8- x 8-inch pan with cooking spray. Stir together sugar, 2. evaporated milk and margarine. Bring to a boil in a sauce pan, reduce 3. heat to medium-low and cook 3 mins stirring constantly. Stir in 4. chocolate and marshmallows. Remove from heat and stir until smooth. Pour 5. into pan and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours. Cut into 36 squares 6. and serve.
