Chocolate Marshmallow Nut Muffins |

This sounds really good! I haven't tried them (I'm a vegetarian-marshmallows have gelatin), but these really do sound yummy! I bet the little ones would love them! 8) Ingredients:
2 ounces baking chocolate, melted |
1/2 cup melted butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 cup walnuts |
3/4 cup chopped marshmallow |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400° and grease or line muffin pans (for 15). 2. In a mixing bowl, combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well. 3. Add the remaining ingredients except marshmallows; blend just until mixed. 4. Add in the marshmallows. 5. Pour into pans. 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes. |
