Chocolate Marshmallow Mile-high Squares |

Such an easy bar recipe for a bake sale or pot luck. Soft marshmallows, crunchy peanuts and smooth melted chocolate and butterscotch. A real treat! Courtesy of Nestle' Ingredients:
1 (12 oz. pkg) nestle' semi-sweet chips |
1 (11 oz. pkg) nestle' butterscotch chips |
1/2 creamy peanut butter |
9 c. (16 oz. pkg) mini marshmallows |
1 c. dry roasted peanuts |
Directions:
1. Line 13x9 baking pan with foil.
2. Microwave semi sweet morsels, butterscotch morsels and peanut butter in large uncovered microwave safe bowl on medium power for 2 minutes. Stir, morsels may retain some of their original shape. If neccessary microwave at additional 10-15 second intervals, stirring until melted. Cool for 1 minute. Stri in marshmallows and peanuts.
3. Spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.
4. Makes 48 squares.
5. Note....if you do not have a microwave you can gently melt the chips and peanut butter over a double boiler.
