This is the kind my mother always made and it always comes out nice and creamy. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
2 cups sugar |
2/3 cup evaporated milk |
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
12 large marshmallows |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk in a saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Cook for five minutes and then add remaining ingredients. 4. Beat until spreading consistency. |
