Chocolate Marshmallow Frosting |

Kid made this frosting last night and it was double chocolate marshmallow goodness on our Kahlua tube cake. Easy and delicious Ingredients:
1/2 cup of unsalted butter |
2 cups of granulated sugar |
2/3 cup of evaporated skim milk |
2 tsp of instant espresso coffee |
1 cup of semi-sweet choc chips |
2 cups of mini marshmallows |
1 tsp of vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine butter, sugar and evaporated milk in medium sauce pan. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Boil for five minutes. 4. Pour liquid lava over the remaining ingredients that are in a large bowl. 5. Beat with a wooden spoon until spreading consistency. 6. Spread over cake while stll warm. 7. Will tighten up considerably as it cools. |
