Yum. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups crushed cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup chocolate syrup |
1 1/3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted |
1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed |
2 cups miniature marshmallows |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the cookie crumbs, butter and sugar. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes or until set; cool completely on a wire rack. 2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and chocolate syrup until blended. Beat in melted chips. Set aside 1/4 Celsius of whipped topping into chocolate mixture. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight. Garnish with reserved whipped topping and chocolate curls if desired. |
