Makes 2 large or 4 smaller lava cakes Ingredients:
6 ounces bittersweet chocolate |
4 ounces butter, cubed room temp |
3 eggs |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/3 cup flour |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*. 2. Melt chocolate. 3. Stir in butter. 4. In a seperate bowl mix eggs and sugar until light and fluffly. 5. Stir into chocolate and butter mixture. 6. Add flour. 7. Pour batter into 2 16 oz ramekins. 8. Bake 10 minutes. |
