Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1/2 cup egg substitute |
1/4 cup margarine, melted |
3 tablespoons kahlúa (coffee-flavored liqueur) |
1 1/4 cups sifted cake flour |
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts |
vegetable cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well. Combine flour, cocoa, and baking powder; stir into sugar mixture. Fold in walnuts. Spoon into a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool on a wire rack. |
