This is the icing for the Chocolate Italian Cream Cake.... Also out of Tea Time magazine.... Ingredients:
1/2 (1 stick) butter, softened |
16 ounces cream cheese, softened |
5 cups powered sugar |
1/2 cup cocoa |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Cream together butter and cream cheese until smooth. 2. Add powdered sugar, cocoa and vanilla extract. 3. Ice cake one layer at a time, top only. 4. Once all three layers are assembled, ice the entire cake. 5. Sprinkle nuts and coconut on top of cake for decoration. |
