Chocolate Irish Cream Cheesecake

Ingredients:
crust
1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup butter
filling
3 8oz packages cream cheese
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1/4 cup baking cocoa
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup irish cream
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl,mix together cookie crumbs,confectioners' sugar,and 1/3 cup cocoa.
3. Add melted butter and mix well.
4. Press into bottom of 9 springform pan.
5. Bake 10 minutes. Set aside. Increase oven temperature to 450 degrees.
6. In a large mixing bowl,combine cream cheese,sugar,1/4 cup cocoa,and flour. Beat at medium speed until blended and smooth.
7. Add eggs,one at a time,beating well after each addition.
8. Blend in sour cream and Irish Cream. Beat on low speed.
9. Pour into prepared crust.
10. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees and bake for 60 minutes.
11. Loosen cheesecake from the rim of pan with a knife. Let cool.
12. Chill before serving.
