Frosting to chocolate cakes. You judge prep and cook time. Ingredients:
1 stick margarine |
4 tbsps. cocoa |
6 tbsps. milk |
1 1 lb. box confectioners sugar |
1 tsp. vanilla |
1 c. chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Place margarine, cocoa and milk in a sauce pan. 2. Bring to a boil being careful not to let it scorch. 3. Then add sugar, vanilla and pecans. 4. Spread over hot cake. |
