Ingredients:

2 tablespoons margarine

3 tablespoons cocoa

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Melt 2 tablespoons margarine and 3 tablespoons cocoa.
2. Remove from heat and mix in 1 cup sifted powdered sugar, 1 teaspoons vanilla extract and 1-1/2 tablespoons hot water.
3. Spread over cooked brownies and ect.
