This is unbelievably easy. Ingredients:
1/2 pint whipping cream (either light or heavy cream) |
1 10-oz bar hershey's special dark chocolate bar |
6 tbsp. water |
8-in. graham cracker crust pie shell |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate bar in water over low heat, stirring frequently. 2. Remove from heat and allow to cool. 3. Meanwhile, whip cream until it forms peaks. 4. When chocolate mixture is cooled, gently fold in the whipped cream. 5. Turn into pie crust and refrigerate until ready to serve or at least 2 hours. 6. I grated white chocolate over the top before serving, and pipe some whipped cream rosettes along the edge for a fancier look. |
