Everyone likes chocolate ice cream Ingredients:
2 eggs.......beaten |
1cup sugar |
1tablespoon flour |
1 quart milk 3 squares unsweetened chocolate(melted) |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 pinch salt |
1 quart cream |
Directions:
1. cream to gether beaten eggs,suagr and flour. 2. Scald milk ans mix a little with chocolate,making a smooth paste. 3. Add the balance of the milk,and pour over the egg mixture. 4. cook in a double boiler,stirring until a custard. 5. add 1 1/2 cups of sugar to custard and cool 6. then add vanilla,salt and quart of cream 7. put in the freezer and freeze 8. Note: 9. If you freeze fresh fruit,may i suggest that you defrost them about halfway when ready to serve.If you defrost them completely,the become soft and flabby and lose some of their flavor. |
