No fuss !! Ingredients:
2 eggs |
220 g caster sugar |
1/4 cup milk |
600 ml cream |
1/4 cup cream |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3 tablespoons cocoa powder |
Directions:
1. Place eggs, sugar, milk, 1/4 cup cream and vanilla in a blender. 2. Process for 40 seconds. 3. Gradually add cocoa, blend 30 seconds. 4. Add 600 mls cream, blend 30 seconds. 5. Freeze. 6. That's it. |
