You can keep this in the refrigerator for a long time and it won't go bad. This is really good on pancakes or as a dip for strawberries! Ingredients:
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk |
1/2 cup honey |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate chips in top of a double boiler over simmering water. 2. Stir in milk and honey. 3. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, for 8 to 10 minutes. |
