YUMMY! Serve these warm, dripping with melted butter and mugs of hot coffee:) Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups milk |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
1 egg |
2 cups flour |
2/3 cup sugar |
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
6 heath candy bars, crushed (or 1 package toffee bits) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400*F. 2. Grease the bottoms only of 12 standard-size muffin cups, or line with paper liners. 3. In a large bowl, beat together the milk, oil and egg. 4. Whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; add to milk mixture just until combined. 5. Do not overmix. 6. Gently fold in the Heath bars. 7. Spoon batter into the prepared muffin tins-the cups will be full; bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick tests out clean. 8.
