Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies |

I haven't made these yet, but they sound good. Ingredients:
200 g butter, melted |
2 cups self-rising flour |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
3/4 cup caster sugar |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup cocoa |
1/2 cup glace cherries |
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts |
Directions:
1. Beat butter, sugars, and eggs until smooth. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients, then mix well. 3. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls, place approximately 5cm apart on a greased tray. 4. Bake at 180C for 15 minutes or until firm. 5. Allow biscuits to stand for 5 minutes, before cooling on wire racks. |
