Another great recipe from a family member. Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1 cup powdered sugar |
1 tablespoon powdered sugar |
1 cup pecan pieces |
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder |
1 tablespoon butter, melted |
1 tablespoon corn syrup |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, pulse together graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup powdered sugar, pecans, chocolate chips and 2 tbsp cocoa powder until nuts and chips are finely ground. 2. Add butter, corn syrup, vanilla and 1 1/2 teaspoons water. Pulse to blend well. Form into 1 inch balls. 3. In a shallow bowl, blend remaining 1 tablespoon each cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Roll balls in cocoa sugar to coat lightly. 4. Refrigerate 20 minutes, until firm. |
