I got this recipe from my friend in Texas. I use this glaze to drizzle over my home made doughnuts.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tablespoon shortening

Directions:

1. Heat all ingredients in 1 quart saucepan over low heat. Stirring occasionally until well blended.
