Great topping for Thai coconut ice-cream ... compliments to Becki Ingredients:
1 (13 ounce) can coconut milk |
1/3 cup palm sugar |
1 teaspoon finely grated ginger |
8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine coconut milk, palm sugar and ginger in saucepan. 2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. 3. Remove from heat. 4. Add chocolate and whisk until mixutre is melted and smooth. |
