Ingredients:

8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions:

1. Set a metal bowl over a pot of simmering water.
2. Melt the chocolate with the cream in the bowl, stirring constantly until smooth.(Don't let the mixture boil!).
