Very light . The chocolate somehow separates and sinks giving a rich chocolate sauce at the bottom and nutty texture on top . Ingredients:
50 g olive margarine and 75 g demerara sugar - whisk until fluffy . |
2 eggs , beaten |
1 c milk |
50 g chopped nuts |
50 g flour and 2 tbsp cocoa pwd , sifted |
icing sugar and cocoa , to dust |
Directions:
1. Pre heat the oven at 180 deg . 2. Whisk the eggs into the sugar mixture . 3. Add the milk and the nuts . 4. Fold in the flour . 5. Pour in a greased oven proof serving dish . 6. Bake for 30 mins . 7. Dust with the icing sugar and cocoa pwd . 8. Serve Warm . |
