When I made this recipe I used sugar free chocolate pudding. I got this recipe from Obesity Help. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder (2 scoopsproscore 100) |
2 tablespoons sugar-free instant chocolate fudge pudding mix |
8 ounces water |
5 large ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Blend ProScore, pudding and water, add ice cubes, blend till crushed with ice slivers still un-melted. 2. Pour into insulated cup (makes about 16 oz) And eat it with a tiny silver spoon (optional). |
