Ingredients:
3 large eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted |
1/3 cup unsweetened hershey's cocoa |
1/4 cup all-purpose flour |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
3/4 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Whisk together eggs and sugar in a large bowl; add butter and next 4 ingredients, stirring until blended. Stir in pecans, and spoon into a lightly greased 9-inch pieplate. 2. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. (Mixture will rise, then fall as it cools.) |
