This is one of the easiest from scratch cake recipes I've seen! Saw this on a local news program a couple of years ago, presented by a local caterer. I have made it several times and it's to die for! Read more ! Moist, fudgey, and deeeee-liciuos! The coke in the icing really gives it a unique flavor, takes about 5 minutes to make - at the most - and I find myself using the icing on other cakes as well. It's an awesome icing for german chocolate or yellow cakes.
