Chocolate Fudge Cheesecake Squares |

Imagine white chocolate cheesecake sandwiched between chocolate cookies, smothered in chocolate fudge. Now how's that for a tempting dessert? This recipe originates from and its so good that I just had to share it with you. Ingredients:
crust |
2 cups chocolate wafer or cookie crumbs |
1/2 cup of melted butter |
filling |
3 pkgs regular or light cream cheese, softened at room temp. |
1 can of sweetened condensed milk |
3 large eggs |
8 squares (1 oz each) white chocolate, melted |
1/4 cup all-purpose flour |
glaze |
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 cup (250 ml) whipping cream |
or use your favorite hot fudge ice cream topping |
Directions:
1. Crust: 2. Combine chocolate wafer crumbs and butter in small bowl. 3. Press firmly onto bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. 4. Filling: 5. Beat cream cheese in electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. 6. Add remaining ingredients in order, beating well after each addition. 7. Pour batter over crust and bake in preheated 325°F oven 35 minutes or until center is almost set. 8. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. 9. Heat the chips andwhipping cream in a glass measuring cup or bowl for 2 minutes just until chocolate is melted. 10. Stir until well-combined. 11. Spread evenly over cheesecake. 12.
