This is the best recipe for Fudge I ever tried. It is really smooth and not to rich. I wasn't sure about the cooking time, so I just guessed. Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
1 tablespoon flour |
3 tablespoons cocoa |
2/3 cup milk |
2 tablespoons white corn syrup |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in sauce pan until sugar is dissolved. 2. Cook at boiling point until soft ball will form in cold water. 3. Remove from heat. 4. Add butter and salt. 5. Cool to lukewarm. 6. Beat until creamy. 7. Pour onto buttered platter. 8. Cut when cool. |
