Ingredients:
1 2/3 cups sugar |
2 tablespoons light margarine |
2/3 cup 2% evaporated milk |
14 large marshmallows |
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. In heavy duty sauce pan- melt margarine and sugarand evaporated milk. 2. Bring to boil- stirring constantly. 3. Boil on low for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. 4. Remove from heat and add marshmallows and chocolate chips. 5. Stir until melted. 6. Pour into 8X8 greased pan. 7. Let cool. |
