This is guaranteed to be THE richest, creamiest, fudgiest fudge you have ever tried! The addition of marshmallows makes it so much smoother (use homemade marshmallows for best results). Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
2/3 cup evaporated milk |
1 2/3 cups sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 cups marshmallows (preferably homemade) |
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Put butter, milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. 2. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring continually; remove from heat. 3. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix. 4. Beat with a spoon for one minute or until marshmallows and chocolate are melted. 5. Pour into a WELL greased 8 x8 pan. 6. Cool and cut into squares. 7. Enjoy! |
