Yum Yum Yum!! This is my mom's recipe, and it's the BEST!!! Fantastic on brownies! Ingredients:
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened baking chocolate |
1/2 cup butter |
6 tablespoons milk |
3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar |
1 pinch salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate, butter and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and beat in confectioners' sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat until smooth, adjusting consistency with milk or sugar, if necessary.
