This frosting is divine spread over my grandmother's Frosted Chocolate Cookies or any other cookies that need a bit of frosting on top! Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
2 tablespoons cocoa powder |
2 teaspoons instant coffee granules |
3 cups sifted confectioners' sugar |
3 tablespoons milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Melt butter over a low heat. Stir cocoa, coffee and vanilla into the butter. Mix in powdered sugar and milk. Beat until smooth. Frost cookies and enjoy.
