Use this frosting spread over cooled Zucchini Brownies /recipe/zucchini-brownies-461603 Ingredients:
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder |
1/4 cup butter |
2 cups confectioners' sugar |
1/4 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Melt together the 6 tablespoons of cocoa and the butter; set aside to cool.
2. In a medium bowl, blend together the confectioner's sugar, milk, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla.
3. Stir in the cocoa mixture.
4. Spread over cooled brownies, then cut into squares.
