1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons evaporated skimmed milk |
2 tablespoons reduced-fat creamy peanut butter |
3 cups sifted powdered sugar |
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine evaporated milk and peanut butter in a small saucepan; cook over low heat until peanut butter melts and mixture is smooth. Combine milk mixture with powdered sugar and remaining ingredients, stirring until frosting is cool. |
