This versatile frosting will do a large pan of brownies, or a cake, if you don't put it on too thick. Yield is approximate. Ingredients:
1/4 cup margarine |
1/4 cup butter |
2 tablespoons cocoa |
1/4 cup milk |
3 1/2 cups icing sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Stir together margarine, butter, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil, stirring. 3. Remove from heat. 4. Stir in vanilla. 5. Sift icing sugar and stir in. 6. Stir until smooth. |
