Make ahead, and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat in the microwave at LOW at 15-second intervals until thoroughly heated, stirring often. Ingredients:
2 (10-oz.) bittersweet or semisweet chocolate bars, coarsely chopped |
3 cups whipping cream |
fresh fruit, angel food cake |
Directions:
1. Combine chocolate bars and whipping cream in a large, microwave-safe glass bowl. Microwave at LOW until chocolate is melted and mixture is blended, stirring every 30 seconds. Keep warm in a chafing dish. Serve fondue with assorted fresh fruit or angel food cake. |
