Chocolate Fondue Ingredients:
3 1/3 cups bittersweet chocolate chips |
1/4 cup heavy cream |
1 tablespoon heavy cream |
3 tablespoons brandy or 3 tablespoons cognac |
1 teaspoon brandy or 1 teaspoon cognac |
1 tablespoon brewed coffee |
2 teaspoons brewed coffee |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1 1/2 cups angel food cake, chunks |
1 cup fresh strawberries |
1 cup marshmallow |
12 honey wheat pretzel sticks |
Directions:
1. combine chocolate, cream, brandy, coffee and cinnamon in a fondue pot over a low flame. 2. Heat until melted, stirring occasionally. 3. Serve at once. |
