250g dark chocolate |
250g unsalted butter |
300g castor sugar |
6 eggs, whipped |
70g flour |
300g mascarpone cheese |
30g mint, chopped |
Directions:
1. FOR THE FONDANT, MELT THE CHOCOLATE, BUTTER AND CASTOR SUGAR, THEN FOLD IN THE EGGS AND THE FLOUR 2. PLACE THE MIXTURE INTO INDIVIDUAL BUTTERED MOULDS OR INTO AN OVENPROOF DISH. 3. FREEZE THE MIXTURE UNTIL FRONZEN THROUGH (IT'S BEST TO MAKE THIS THE DAY BEFORE) 4. BEFORE SERVING, HEAT THE OVEN TO 180 C AND BAKE THE FROZEN FONDANTS FOR 15 MIN 5. THE FONDANT IS SUPPOSED TO BE RUNNY IN THE MIDDLE. 6. MIX THE MASCARPONE CHEESE AND MIND AND SERVE WITH THE CHOCOLATE FONDANTS |
